Getting Started

RiverSpring Health Plans is a secure, electronic portal developed specifically for providers in the RiverSpring Health Plans network. It enables you to gain immediate access to real-time data about claims, authorization status, member eligibility, and other patient information.
To get started, log in using your Username and Password. Or, if you are a first-time user, please send your first name, last name, and email address to Providerportalrequest@elderservehealth.org to register.

Providers may also submit and track paper claims through Smart Data Stream at no cost to them. To use this option, providers must register on the site with the following link:
